Virtually all sport organizations focus on developing effective programs in either SPORT DEVELOPMENT and/or SPORT PERFORMANCE…. i.e. the 2 core functional areas. The level of focus and balance between each core functional areas varies from sport to sport… but regardless of your sport or your exact needs, both core areas need to be considered.
Within each of those core functional areas there are 5 Essential Service Areas (ESAs) that need to be considered to Review, Plan and Implement effective programs and activities to deliver your strategic goals.
Again, the level of focus and balance of attention varies from sport to sport, and from program to program.
